DEVICE FOR PEOPLE EMERGENCY EVACUATION FROM THE HIGH-RISE BUILDINGS
FIELD: fire safety.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of fire fighting equipment designing and operating for life support of residing and working on high floors of buildings under extreme fire conditions. People from high-rise buildings emergency evacuation device, forming a staircase with exit from each floor to a smoke-free outdoor air zone, is located along the building facade and contains a made form U-profiles frame with a counterweight, inside which there a ring is installed with supporting rollers located thereon, resting against the lower ring, mounted on the base plate, which is an element of the building; made of welded to the frame stamped squares, upper and lower platforms with fences, upper and lower staircases pantographs with rigging wires and fences; passing along the frame ring circumference through the upper and lower blocks wire with a load attached thereto, which is a beam capable of rotating about the load axis, in addition, ladder is provided with a preventing its rotation retainer and the control unit, as well as the front panel, located in the same plane with the remaining elements of the building facade.EFFECT: possibility of a stationary, compact arrangement of the device inside the building along the building facade on each floor.1 cl, 8 dwg
Изобретение относится к области конструирования и эксплуатации противопожарных средств для жизнеобеспечения проживающих и работающих на высоких этажах зданий при экстремальных пожарных условиях. Техническим результатом является возможность стационарного, компактного расположения устройства внутри здания вдоль фасада здания на каждом этаже. Технический результат достигается тем, что устройство экстренной эвакуации людей из высотных зданий, образующее лестничную клетку с выходом с каждого этажа в незадымляемую наружную воздушную зону, расположено вдоль фасада здания и содержит выполненный из швеллеров каркас с противовесом, внутри которого установлено кольцо с расположенными на нем по окружности опорными роликами, упирающимися в нижнее кольцо, установленное на являющейся элементом здания опорной плите; выполненные из штампованных квадратов, приваренных к каркасу, верхнюю и нижнюю площадки с ограждениями, пантографы верхнего и нижнего лестничных пролетов с растяжками и ограждениями; проходящий по окружности кольца каркаса через верхний и нижний блоки трос с прикрепленным к нему грузом, представляющим собой балку, способную вращаться вокруг оси груза, кроме того, лестница снабжена удерживающим ее от поворота фиксатором и блоком управления, а также лицевой панелью, расположенной в одной плоскости с остальными элементами фасада здания. 8 ил.
