FIELD: construction materials.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of building materials industry, namely to the production of an indelible concrete mixture for concreting in flowing water. Composition of the cast concrete mixture for underwater concreting, containing portland cement, quartz sand, microsilica, diabase flour, hyperplasticizers based on polycarboxylates (MS Power Flow 2695 and MS Power Flow 1180), water, characterized in that in the preparation of the mixture, a silicic acid gel and a vinyl acetate-acrylic dispersion are additionally introduced, and the feed mixture contains the components in the following ratio, mass%: portland cement 30.8, quartz sand 40.8, microsilica 6.1, diabase flour 9.2, hyperplasticizer MS Power Flow 2695 0.4, hyperplasticizer MS Power Flow 1180 0.2, gel of silicic acid 0.8, vinyl acetate-acrylic dispersion 0.2, water 11.5.EFFECT: technical result is an increase in the plasticity and indelibility of the mixture, increasing the strength of concrete.1 cl, 3 tbl
Изобретение относится к области промышленности строительных материалов, а именно к производству неразмываемой бетонной смеси для бетонирования в текущей воде. Технический результат - повышение пластичности и неразмываемости смеси, повышение прочности бетона.
