METHOD OF MOUNTING AND DISMOUNTING COLLAPSIBLE SNOW-PROTECTIVE CONSTRUCTIONS
FIELD: construction.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the protection of automobile and military motor roads from snowdrifts. Method of mounting and dismounting collapsible snow protective structures consists in: preparing a device for mounting a protective mesh made of polymer materials with an increased diameter of the stop, along the perimeter of which four mounting holes are successively made, each at an angle of 90° from neighboring, with the bottom of the steel pipe with a threaded hole in the form of a pointed screw and two mechanisms in the form of a flat coil spring between the steel pipe with a threaded hole and a plastic pipe, poles of fastening of a protective grid from polymeric materials with the increased diameter of an emphasis, on a perimeter of which four holes for installation are consistently executed, each at an angle of 90° from adjacent to the bottom of the steel pipe with a threaded hole and fastening elements in the form of a pointed auger, device for mounting the second and subsequent layers of a protective mesh made of polymer materials with a hinge with a steel pipe with threaded holes placed inside a large diameter plastic pipe, connected with it by means of ball bearings and mechanisms in the form of a flat spiral spring.EFFECT: simplified process of mounting and demounting of collapsible snow protective structures.1 cl, 6 dwg
Изобретение относится к системам защиты автомобильных и военно-автомобильных дорог от снежных заносов. Способ монтажа и демонтажа сборно-разборных снегозащитных конструкций заключается в том, что: подготавливают приспособление для монтажа защитной сетки из полимерных материалов с увеличенным диаметром упора, по периметру которого последовательно выполнены четыре отверстия для монтажа, каждое под углом 90° от соседних, с нижней частью стальной трубы с резьбовым отверстием в виде заостренного шнека и двумя механизмами в виде плоской спиральной пружины между стальной трубой с резьбовым отверстием и пластиковой трубой, стойки крепления защитной сетки из полимерных материалов с увеличенным диаметром упора, по периметру которого последовательно выполнены четыре отверстия для монтажа, каждое под углом 90° от соседних с нижней частью стальной трубы с резьбовым отверстием и элементами крепления в виде заостренного шнека, приспособление для монтажа второго и последующего ярусов защитной сетки из полимерных материалов с шарниром со стальной трубой с резьбовыми отверстиями помещенной внутрь пластиковой трубы большего диаметра, соединенной с ней с помощью шариковых подшипников и механизмов в виде плоской спиральной пружины. Технический результат- упрощение процесса осуществления монтажа и демонтажа сборно-разборных снегозащитных конструкций. 6 ил.
