METHOD OF ESTABLISHING A STANDARD FOUNDATION USING RIBBED SLABS OF CEILINGS (COVERINGS)
FIELD: construction.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction and can be used in the construction of a walled foundation. Method of erecting a walled foundation using ribbed slabs (coverings) includes transverse or longitudinal walls supported by a lower plate or grillage and connected together on top by bolts or slabs. Ribbed slabs of ceilings (coverings) are installed along the perimeter on a pre-prepared slab foundation vertically on the longitudinal edge of the shelf outward, the ribs inward, then the lower longitudinal rib of the vertical wall plate and foundation plate is welded, then the upper longitudinal edges of the vertical wall plates are welded.EFFECT: technical result consists in increasing the processability of construction work by using ribbed slabs of factory production, lowering the cost of the lower slab and foundation walls, the timing of their manufacture, a significant reduction in the weight of the structure, consumption of steel reinforcement and concrete, improving the quality of work performed, decreasing the material consumption, a significant reduction in the volume of transportation of used materials, ensuring the solution of the environmental problem of recycling reinforced concrete ribbed slabs (coverings) in the demolition of buildings and structures.1 cl, 15 dwg, 1 ex
Изобретение относится к строительству и может быть использовано при возведении стенчатого фундамента. Способ возведения стенчатого фундамента с использованием ребристых плит перекрытий (покрытий) включает поперечные или продольные стены, опирающиеся на нижнюю плиту или ростверк и связанные между собой поверху ригелями или плитой. Ребристые плиты перекрытий (покрытий) устанавливают по периметру на заранее подготовленный плитный фундамент вертикально на продольное ребро полкой наружу, ребрами вовнутрь, затем производят приварку нижнего продольного ребра вертикальной стеновой плиты и фундаментной плиты, после чего производят приварку верхних продольных ребер вертикальных стеновых плит. Технический результат состоит в повышении технологичности строительных работ за счет использования ребристых плит заводского изготовления, снижении стоимости нижней плиты и стен фундамента, сроков их изготовления, значительного снижения веса конструкции, расхода стальной арматуры и бетона, повышении качества выполняемых работ, снижении материалоемкости, значительного снижения объема перевозки применяемых бывших в употреблении материалов, обеспечении решения экологической проблемы утилизации железобетонных ребристых плит перекрытий (покрытий) при сносе зданий и сооружений. 15 ил., 1 пр.
