SCREW PILE WITH REMOVABLE CONICAL TIP
FIELD: construction.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the means used for the construction of foundations for low-rise construction, bridges, power lines. Screw pile contains a hollow barrel with a screw blade fixed on it, at the bottom of which there is a conical tip. Conical tip is held in two holes which are perpendicular to the axis of the pile, made in the barrel, with a retainer consisting of two sliders and a spring between them. Retainer is located in the tube attached to the conical tip, the slide blocks of which are connected to the rods, the ends of the rods passing through the groove in the tube are pivotally connected to the cranks resting on the axis passing through the line of intersection of the cranks. Ends of the cranks are connected to a cable extending outside through the upper hole of the barrel through which the conical tip can be removed.EFFECT: technical result consists in reducing the time required to strengthen the soil under the pile support part by increasing the throughput capacity of the holes in the pile shaft intended for feeding mixtures used to strengthen the soil.1 cl, 2 dwg

Винтовая свая содержит полый ствол с закрепленной на нем винтовой лопастью, в нижней части которого имеется конический наконечник. Конический наконечник удерживается в двух перпендикулярных оси сваи отверстиях, выполненных в стволе, фиксатором, состоящим из двух ползунов и пружины между ними. Фиксатор расположен в трубке, закрепленной на коническом наконечнике, ползуны которого соединены с шатунами, концы шатунов, проходящие через паз в трубке, шарнирно соединены с кривошипами, опирающимися на ось, проходящую через линию пересечения кривошипов. Концы кривошипов соединены с тросом, выходящим наружу через верхнее отверстие ствола, через которое конический наконечник может извлекаться. Технический результат состоит в сокращении времени на укрепление грунта под опорной частью сваи за счет повышения пропускной способности отверстий в стволе сваи, предназначенных для подачи смесей, применяемых для укрепления грунта. 2 ил.
