FIELD: construction.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the production of foam concrete for construction. Method of manufacturing products from non-autoclaved foam concrete includes the preparation of the raw mix by mixing Portland cement, mineral aggregate, water and separately prepared foam, pouring the foam concrete into molds, holding up to a set of cutting strength, cutting arrays into products. Surface of the product is treated by impregnation with a composition containing wt. %: Sol of iron hydroxide with a concentration of 0.3 % 45–55 and synthetic latex 45–55.EFFECT: invention will improve the quality of products and reduce their water absorption and increase compressive strength.1 cl, 1 tbl
Изобретение относится к производству изделий из пенобетона для строительства. Изобретение позволит повысить качество изделий и снизить их водопоглощение и увеличить прочность при сжатии. Способ изготовления изделий из неавтоклавного пенобетона включает приготовление сырьевой смеси путем смешивания портландцемента, минерального заполнителя, воды и отдельно приготовленной пены, заливку пенобетонной массы в формы, выдержку до набора резательной прочности, резку массивов на изделия. Поверхность изделий обрабатывают пропиткой с составом, содержащем мас. %: золь гидроксида железа концентрацией 0,3% 45-55 и латекс синтетический 45-55. 1 табл.
