FIELD: construction.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to bitumen pastes (emulsions) and can be used in road construction for organomineral mixtures, cold asphalt concrete, surface treatment, as a part of combined binding agents in device of bases and coatings of motor roads. Paste contains oil bitumen in amount of 28–35 wt%, an emulsifier represented by centrifuging slurry (cake) in amount of 26–30 wt% with content of finely dispersed mineral part of 24–35 wt% and water.EFFECT: high adhesion of the binder to the mineral portion, high homogeneity and stability of the pastes, as well as low cost of producing the same.1 cl, 4 tbl, 4 ex
Изобретение относится к битумным пастам (эмульсиям) и может быть использовано в дорожном строительстве для органоминеральных смесей, холодных асфальтобетонов, поверхностной обработки, в составе комбинированных вяжущих при устройстве оснований и покрытий автомобильных дорог. Паста включает нефтяной битум в количестве 28-35 мас.%, эмульгатор, в качестве которого используется шлам центрифугирования (кек) в количестве 26-30 мас.% с содержанием высокодисперсной минеральной части 24-35 мас.% и воду. Технический результат заключается в повышении адгезии вяжущего к минеральной части, увеличении однородности и устойчивости паст, а также в удешевлении технологии их приготовления. 4 табл., 4 пр.
