SET FOR TROWELLING OF SEAMS DURING LAYING OF ARTIFICIAL STONE
FIELD: construction.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hand construction tools and accessories for finishing works, namely, for laying of facing artificial stone and clinker tiles. Set for trowelling when laying an artificial stone consists of a device for forming a seam – jointer, and a counter spatula with a tooth on the working edge, wherein the jointer contains a trough for a trowelling mixture and a protective screen, on the inner side of which there is a chute, forming a protrusion on the outer side of the screen, wherein the flute profile corresponds to the shape of the tooth on the working edge of the response trowel, and the height and width of the protrusion formed by the chute correspond to the depth and width of the empty masonry suture, at that at the bottom of the chute there is a through slot defined along it, through which the trowelling mixture under pressure from the side of the tooth on the working edge of the reciprocal trowel, placed in the trough and sliding along it, comes from the trough into the masonry seam, thereby filling it with, wherein the width of the through slot is less than the width of the trough, as a result, on the bottom of the chute there are bevels on which the spatula located on the working edge of the spatula can slide without leaving the chute bottom.EFFECT: reduced labor intensity of trowelling when laying artificial stone, improvement of their quality, reduced dependence of result on qualification of performer, increased speed of their performance.7 cl, 6 dwg
Изобретение относится к ручным строительным инструментам и приспособлениям для отделочных работ, а именно для укладки облицовочного искусственного камня и клинкерной плитки. Техническим результатом является уменьшение трудоёмкости затирочных работ при укладке искусственного камня, улучшение их качества, снижение зависимости результата от квалификации исполнителя, увеличение скорости их выполнения. Технический результат достигается тем, что комплект для затирки швов при укладке искусственного камня состоит из устройства для формирования шва - расшивника, и ответного шпателя с зубцом на рабочей кромке, при этом расшивник содержит корыто для затирочной смеси и защитный экран, с внутренней стороны которого имеется желоб, образующий с внешней стороны экрана выступ, при этом профиль желоба соответствует форме зубца на рабочей кромке ответного шпателя, а высота и ширина образуемого желобом выступа соответствуют глубине и ширине пустого шва кладки, при этом на дне желоба имеется ориентированная вдоль него сквозная щель, через которую затирочная смесь под давлением со стороны зубца на рабочей кромке ответного шпателя, помещенного в желоб и скользящего вдоль него, поступает из желоба в шов кладки, тем самым заполняя его собой, при этом ширина сквозной щели меньше ширины желоба, вследствие чего на дне желоба присутствуют закраины, по которым расположенный на рабочей кромке шпателя зубец может скользить не выходя за пределы дна желоба. 6 з.п. ф-лы, 6 ил.
