METHOD OF LAYING OF SUBSURFACE HUMIDIFIERS
FIELD: agriculture.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture. Method consists in laying of subsurface humidifiers. Laying of humidifiers is performed by one pass of the unit directly at plowing with planting plow. Deepening in plow bottom formed by bit is increased by value exceeding diameter of pipeline-humidifier together with filtering winding by 1–2 cm. From the drum through the casing located behind the plow body, a humidifier is supplied, the end of which is fixed in trench with distribution network and immediately as well filled with soil using a colter, located on the frame behind the body of the plow. Recess in plow bottom for laying of humidifier is formed by indentation and compaction of soil, which will make it possible to reduce depth filtration of irrigation water. Distance between humidifiers is controlled by passing one or two passes of unit.EFFECT: minimization of technological process, energy and resource saving, accelerated commissioning of irrigation networks by reducing construction time.1 cl, 1 dwg

Укладку увлажнителей производят одним проходом агрегата непосредственно при вспашке плантажным плугом. Углубление в плужной подошве, образуемое долотом, увеличивают на величину, превышающую диаметр трубопровода-увлажнителя вместе с фильтрующей обмоткой на 1-2 см. От барабана через кожух, расположенный за корпусом плуга, подают увлажнитель, конец которого закрепляют в траншее с распределительной сетью и сразу же засыпают почвогрунтом с помощью предплужника, располагаемого на раме за корпусом плуга. Углубление в плужной подошве для укладки увлажнителя формируют путем вдавливания и уплотнения грунта, что позволит уменьшить глубинную фильтрацию поливной воды. Расстояние между увлажнителями регулируют, пропуская один или два прохода агрегата. Обеспечивается минимизация технологического процесса, энергоресурсосбережение, ускоренный ввод в эксплуатацию оросительных сетей путем сокращения сроков на строительство. 1 ил.
