METHOD OF PRESTRESSING OF A STRUT-FRAMED ROOFING COVERING
FIELD: construction.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction, namely to a method for preliminary tension of strut-framed roofing covering. Method is achieved by that, first, the corrugated sheet is laid in an inverted state on the supports, then bent by the value of [f] by weights and in that position the supporting and span tetrahedral rod pyramids are fixed and tightened, then the plate is turned to the design position.EFFECT: technical result consists in simplification of corrugated sheet pre-stressing.1 cl, 3 dwg
Изобретение относится к строительству, а именно к способу предварительного напряжения настила шпренгельной плиты покрытия. Технический результат заключается в упрощении преднапряжения профнастила. Способ достигается тем, что сначала профнастил укладывают в перевернутом состоянии на подставки, затем выгибают на величину [f] грузами и в таком положении прикрепляют приопорные и пролетные четырехгранные стержневые пирамиды и устанавливают затяжку, после чего плиту переворачивают в проектное положение. 3 ил.
