METHOD OF BUILDING CONSTRUCTION ON FINISHED FRAME
FIELD: construction.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction and represents a symbiosis of panel and monolithic frame-building of residential, public and industrial buildings. Technical result is achieved by the fact that the method of erecting a building on a finished frame, including installation of lined enclosing structures on support brackets at the end of the interfloor overlapping, involves attachment to elements of lined enclosing structures or on their brackets, fixed to the floor slab, guide planks, providing fixation of required thickness of insulation layer from inside the room and forming the enclosing inner part of the room wall structure by attaching the hooks to the slab and the columns through the damping belt at pitch of 500–800 mm along the perimeter of the enclosed space, on which a metal or (composite) mesh is suspended, which is spaced from the mineral insulation at distance of 5–20 mm through spacers, uniformly fixed throughout the mesh area, through which the sprayed mixture is sprayed onto the mineral insulation under pressure with further alignment along the fixed beacons.EFFECT: technical result is reduction of labor intensity of construction works, change of a significant method of building construction and refusal to use piece elements (gas concrete blocks, bricks, panels).1 cl, 4 dwg
Изобретение относится к области строительства и представляет собой симбиоз панельного и монолитного-каркасного домостроения жилых, общественных и промышленных зданий. Технический результат: снижение трудоемкости строительных работ, изменение существенного способа строительства здания и отказ от использования штучных элементов (газобетонные блоки, кирпич, панели). Это достигается тем, что способ возведения здания на готовом каркасе, включающий установку облицованных ограждающих конструкций на опорные кронштейны по торцу межэтажных перекрытий, предполагает крепление к элементам облицованных ограждающих конструкций или на свои кронштейны, закрепляемые к плите перекрытия, направляющих планок, обеспечивающих крепление необходимой толщины слоя утеплителя изнутри помещения и формирование ограждающей внутренней части конструкции стены помещения за счет крепления к плите перекрытия и колоннам помещения крюков через демпферную ленту с шагом 500-800 мм по периметру ограждаемого пространства, на которые навешивают металлическую или (композиционную) сетку, отстоящую от минерального утеплителя на расстоянии 5-20 мм через дистанционеры, равномерно закрепленные по всей площади сетки, сквозь которую наносится на минеральный утеплитель торкрет смесь под давлением с последующим выравниванием по закрепленным маякам. 4 ил.
