FIELD: construction.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction and can be used for making facing tiles for decorative coating of internal surfaces of interiors, noise insulation and heat insulation of walls of both constructed and operated buildings. Technical result is achieved by the fact that the method of making facing tiles consists in the fact that the face and waterproofing layers are cut to the sizes of the mould taking into account the allowances, then face and waterproofing layers are connected, applying between them glue, wherein waterproofing layer is glued on back side of face layer, after gluing, obtained material is dried until complete drying of adhesive layer, then mould is heated to 60 °C and its inner part is coated with a separating grease, then the mould is opened and the face and waterproofing layers are glued therein, then a waterproofing layer is fixed on the mould cover, then a layer of liquid foamed polyurethane is poured into the mould and hermetically closed, after solidification of the foamed polyurethane layer, the mould is opened and the obtained article is withdrawn, further, surplus of face layer and layer of foamed polyurethane, which went beyond sizes of facing tiles, are cut off. Obtained facing tile is dried, and technical result is achieved by facing tiles made by such method.EFFECT: technical result consists in possibility of obtaining soft facing tiles based on elastic foamed polyurethane with a decorative face coating from fabric/leather/eco-leather, while reducing production costs and improving the quality of the obtained facing tiles.8 cl, 4 dwg

Изобретение относится к области строительства и может быть использовано в целях изготовления облицовочной плитки для декоративной облицовки внутренних поверхностей интерьеров, шумоизоляции и теплоизоляции стен, как строящихся, так и эксплуатируемых зданий. Технический результат заключается в обеспечении возможности получения мягкой облицовочной плитки на основе эластичного пенополиуретана с декоративным лицевым покрытием из ткани/кожи/экокожи, при снижении себестоимости производства и повышении качества получаемой облицовочной плитки. Технический результат достигается тем, что способ изготовления облицовочной плитки заключается в том, что лицевой и гидроизоляционный слои нарезают по размерам пресс-формы с учетом припусков, затем лицевой и гидроизоляционный слои соединяют, нанося между ними клеевой, при этом гидроизоляционный слой приклеивают с оборотной стороны лицевого слоя, после склейки полученный материал сушат до полного высыхания клеевого слоя, затем пресс-форму нагревают до 60°C и внутреннюю ее часть покрывают разделительной смазкой, далее пресс-форму раскрывают и укладывают в нее склеенные лицевой и гидроизоляционный слои, затем на крышку пресс-формы закрепляют гидроизоляционный слой, затем слой жидкого пенополиуретана заливают в пресс-форму и герметично закрывают ее, после затвердевания слоя пенополиуретана пресс-форму открывают и полученное изделие изымают, далее обрезают излишки лицевого слоя и слоя пенополиуретана, вышедшего за размеры облицовочной плитки, полученную облицовочную плитку сушат, а также технический результат достигается облицовочной плиткой, изготовленной таким способом. 2 н. и 6 з.п. ф-лы, 4 ил.
