FIELD: construction.SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to an additive for construction chemical compositions, particularly compositions of mortar and cement compositions. Additive includes at least one amide or sugar acid ester and at least one water-soluble comb polymer, which contains on the main chain acid functions and side chains having ether functions. Additive is useful for slowing down hardening of the building chemical composition. Данное изобретение относится к добавке для строительных химических композиций, в особенности композиций строительного раствора и цементных композиций. Добавка включает по меньшей мере один амид или сложный эфир сахарной кислоты и по меньшей мере один водорастворимый гребенчатый полимер, который содержит на главной цепи кислотные функции и боковые цепи, имеющие функции простого эфира. Добавка является полезной для замедления твердения строительной химической композиции.
