FIELD: towing vehicle technology.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a tow hitch intended for use in a towing vehicle performing movement of materials. The towing vehicle contains a tow hitch containing a housing for mounting the specified tow hitch, a first element rotatably mounted relative to the housing, and a second element sliding relative to the first element. The towing hitch has a retracted position in which the first element is locked in a first pivotal position relative to the housing and the second element is locked in a first longitudinal position relative to the first element. The tow hitch has an operating position for towing, in which the first element is locked in a second pivotal position relative to the housing, the second element is locked in a second longitudinal position relative to the first element, and a tow hitch is attached to the second element.EFFECT: it becomes possible to tow a trailer, which does not interfere with the operation of the back shovel during its operation.
