DREDGE SCOOPING DEVICE
FIELD: mining industry.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mining equipment, namely to a device for the development of alluvial mineral deposits by the dredging method. The dredge scooping device includes a scooping frame with sub-scooping rollers and a closed scooping chain installed on it, a scooping drum, hydraulic cylinders. The scooping frame is provided with an opening located at a distance from the axis of the scooping drum. The hole is equipped with a sleeve with the possibility of longitudinal movement along it, hydraulic cylinders are pivotally fixed at the end of the sleeve. One of the hydraulic cylinders is installed horizontally along the longitudinal axis of the scooping frame, and the other is installed vertically, with a screw fixed at the opposite end, the longitudinal axis of which is parallel to the axis of the dredge.EFFECT: prevention of losses of mining sands in the inter-step ledges.1 cl, 1 dwg

Черпающее устройство драги включает черпаковую раму с подчерпаковыми роликами и установленной на ней замкнутой черпаковой цепью, черпаковый барабан, гидроцилиндры. Черпаковая рама снабжена отверстием, расположенным на расстоянии от оси черпакового барабана. Отверстие снабжено втулкой с возможностью продольного перемещения по нему, на торце втулки шарнирно закреплены гидроцилиндры. Один из гидроцилиндров установлен горизонтально по продольной оси черпаковой рамы, а другой - вертикально, с закрепленным на противоположном конце шнеком, продольная ось которого параллельна оси драги. Достигается технический результат - предотвращение потерь разрабатываемых песков в межшаговых целиках. 1 ил.
