METHOD FOR PROCESSING SLUDGE AND CEMENT PRODUCTION SYSTEM
FIELD: waste processing.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for processing sludge, including: producing a mixture by mixing dehydrated sludge and cement raw meal; drying the mixture using a dryer bringing the mixture into contact with drying gas; suppliying the dried mixture to the stage of pyrometallurgical treatment of the cement production process as a fuel and a raw meal; supplying exhaust gas from the dryer to the stage of pyrometallurgical treatment as cooling gas for cooling the product subjected to pyrometallurgical treatment; and supplying drying gas to the dryer, wherein the drying gas is either the exhaust gas from the cement production process or the exhaust gas from the process wherein the heat thereof is used, wherein the drying gas has a temperature of no less than 50° but less than 200°C. The invention also relates to a cement production system.EFFECT: use of the proposed invention provides a possibility to effectively utilise waste heat.11 cl, 3 dwg
