ATTACHMENTS OF HYDRAULIC EXCAVATOR FOR TRIMMING SLOPES OF LEDGES
FIELD: mining industry.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the mining industry, namely to mining machines with an executive element of impact action, and can be used for trimming the slopes of ledges from rocks of various strength during the open development of mineral deposits. The attachments of a hydraulic excavator for trimming the slopes of ledges include a drive drum with strikers attached to it on flexible rods, a drum rotation drive, a dust screen. The attachments are provided with a body in the form of a hollow cylinder truncated parallel to the axis of the cylinder with two end caps on which the drive drum is mounted, a platform consisting of two plates having an elastic connection between them, a hinge with balancers and at least three support wheels on the specified body. In this case, one plate of the platform is rigidly connected to the body, and on its other plate the first balance beam of the hinge is fixed, the second balance beam of which is equipped with a transition plate for communication with the handle of the hydraulic excavator. Изобретение относится к горной промышленности, а именно к горным машинам с исполнительным органом ударного действия, и может быть использовано для оборки откосов уступов из пород различной крепости при открытой разработке месторождений полезных ископаемых. Технический результат – расширение технических возможностей устройства. Навесное оборудование гидравлического экскаватора для оборки откосов уступов включает приводной барабан с прикрепленными к нему на гибких тягах ударниками, привод вращения барабана, противопылевый экран. Навесное оборудование снабжено корпусом в виде полого усеченного параллельно оси цилиндра с двумя торцовыми крышками, на которых смонтирован приводной барабан, платформой, состоящей из двух плит, имеющих между собой упругую связь, шарниром с балансирами и по меньшей мере тремя опорными колесами на указанном корпусе. При этом одна плита платформы жестко соединена с корпусом, а на другой ее плите закреплен первый балансир шарнира, второй балансир которого оборудован переходной плитой для связи с рукоятью гидравлического экскаватора.
