FIELD: road construction and municipal engineering.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to road construction and municipal engineering, in particular to devices for removing snow from roads. A snow clearing device contains a case with a pruning knife, a feeding screw with a loosening tip and a bladed rotary thrower, coaxial with the screw. The lateral lower part of the case has a spherical shape, and the feeding screw is made with a constant diameter and pitch of a screw line, as well as with a decreasing depth of a screw channel of the screw along its axis in the course of snow movement. At the same time, this part of the screw is located in the snowplow case, and the rest of it is a conventional shaft connected to a drive, on which a blade rotor of the throwing device is located behind the case.EFFECT: simplifying the structure of the snow clearing device to ensure the required efficiency of its operation and reduce metal consumption.3 cl, 3 dwg
Изобретение относится к дорожно-строительному и коммунальному машиностроению, в частности к устройствам удаления снега с дорог. Устройство для очистки снега содержит корпус с подрезным ножом, питающий шнек с рыхлящим наконечником и лопастной роторный метатель, соосный со шнеком. Боковая нижняя часть корпуса имеет сферическую форму, а питающий шнек выполнен с постоянными диаметром и шагом винтовой линии, а также с уменьшающейся глубиной винтового канала шнека вдоль его оси по ходу движения снега. При этом данная часть шнека размещена в корпусе снегоочистителя, а остальная его часть представляет собой обычный вал, соединенный с приводом, на котором за корпусом расположен лопастной ротор метательного аппарата. Технический результат изобретения заключается в упрощении конструкции устройства для очистки снега с обеспечением требуемой эффективности его работы и снижении металлоемкости. 2 з.п. ф-лы, 3 ил.
