METHOD FOR INSTALLATION OF MODULAR, ENCLOSING STRUCTURES OF HIGH-RISE BUILDINGS
FIELD: construction industry.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of construction, in particular, it can be used in the installation of enclosing structures of high-rise buildings. The expected result is achieved by the fact that the method for mounting modular enclosing structures of high-rise buildings includes the preliminary manufacture of wall panels in factory conditions, the installation of support brackets from the plane of the floor decks of the building under construction, characterized in that the wall panels are made in the form of facade modules of the size 6000 x 3210 mm, while in parallel with the installation of the supporting frame of the building, brackets and vertical guide profiles are installed, after that, the installed guide profiles are used as rails for lifting facade modules using a lifting trolley by means of a lifting device installed at the very top of the building or at the mounting level, and the lifting device and installers are inside the building, and the installation of facade modules is carried out from top to bottom.EFFECT: high speed of installation of the enclosing structure of a high-rise building without using a crane, scaffolds and cradles, from inside the building.1 cl, 3 dwg

Техническим результатом является быстрота монтажа ограждающей конструкции высотного здания без использования крана, установки лесов и люлек, изнутри здания. Технический результат достигается тем, что способ монтажа модульных ограждающих конструкций высотных зданий включает предварительное изготовление в заводских условиях стеновых панелей, установку с плоскости междуэтажных перекрытий строящегося здания опорных кронштейнов, отличающийся тем, что стеновые панели выполняют в виде фасадных модулей размера 6000х3210 мм, при этом параллельно с монтажом несущего каркаса здания производят установку кронштейнов и вертикальных направляющих профилей, после чего установленные направляющие профили используют в качестве рельс для подъема фасадных модулей с помощью подъемной тележки посредством установленного на самом верху здания или на монтажном горизонте подъемного устройства, причем подъемное устройство и монтажники находятся внутри здания, а монтаж фасадных модулей ведут сверху вниз. 3 ил.
