The combined soil launcher-striper contains a frame, a linkage mechanism, spherical discs with a removable cutting edge with semicircular cutouts made of separate segments and forming a soil shaft in front of the cutter-thrower, installed at the bottom of the furrow, a support wheel that regulates the level of the bottom of the furrow, a drive. The strip-laying machine additionally contains a cutting knife for cutting tree roots and protecting the cutter-thrower from large obstacles, all-edge spherical discs and a guide casing, the angle of inclination of which, and consequently the throwing of the soil flow, can be changed by means of a hydraulic cylinder. Moreover, all the spherical discs are installed on the axes of the balancers, which make it possible to copy the relief of the supporting surface. Сферические диски, имеющие съемную режущую кромку с полукруглыми вырезами, подрезают верхнюю часть лесной подстилки, разрыхляют крупные комья почвогрунта и сглаживают неровности поверхности почвы, а цельнокрайние сферические диски оборачивают почвенный пласт к центру, в результате чего создается борозда и образуется почвенный вал перед фрезой-метателем. 1 ил.
