The effect is achieved by the fact that a flexible mounting loop, sewn from a double textile tape, contains an eyelet, two anchor sections, two Λ-shaped anchors inserted into additional anchor ears of a double textile tape and promoting tension of the anchor sections, and additional anchor ears are located on the border transition of two anchor sections into an eyelet, while two main anchors and two V-shaped anchors are made of composite material or metal.EFFECT: creation of a flexible mounting loop, the anchor section of which is fixed in a tensioned state in the concrete body.1 cl, 4 dwg
Изобретение относится к строительству, а именно к монтажным петлям для строповки бетонных изделий, например железобетонных трехслойных сэндвич-панелей. Техническим результатом является создание гибкой монтажной петли, анкерный участок которой закреплен в натянутом состоянии в теле бетона. Технический результат достигается тем, что гибкая монтажная петля, сшитая из двойной текстильной ленты, содержит проушину, два анкерных участка, два Λ-образных анкера, вставленных в дополнительные анкерные ушки двойной текстильной ленты и способствующих натяжению анкерных участков, причем дополнительные анкерные ушки расположены на границе перехода двух анкерных участков в проушину, при этом два основных анкера и два Λ-образных анкера выполнены из композитного материала или металла. 4 ил.
