A shade umbrella includes a top structure, an umbrella stand structure and a pole. The pole enables the separation of umbrella top structure into two components and posit of each other for ease of carrying and storing, and the umbrella stand structure attached to lower end of an umbrella pole which provides stability by parting horizontal and vertical loads.
