The invention belongs to the field of petroleum and natural gas well cementing engineering, and particularly relates to an oil well cement settlement stabilizing agent for high-temperature well cementing of an oil gas cell as well as a preparation method thereof and a well cementing cement slurry. The oil well cement settlement stabilizing agent comprises a structure unit A in a formula (I), a structure unit B in a formula (II), a structure unit C in a formula (III) and a structure unit D in a formula (IV), wherein the molar ratio (x:y:z:q) of the structure units A, B, C and D is 1:(0.09 to 0.34):(0.28 to 0.36):(0.03 to 0.05); R1, R2, R3 and R8 are respectively and independently H or C1-C4 substituted or unsubstituted alkyl; m is 15, 17, 19 or 21. The oil well cement settlement stabilizingagent can realize the goal of no thickening at low temperature and thickening at high temperature, and can effectively solve the problem of unstability in settlement of well cementing cement slurry in deep wells and super-deep wells.
