The setting arm is acted upon by a force along at least a part of the pivot path of the setting arm between the open position and/or closed position and the energy accumulator includes a flat spring which is made from a plate-like flat material and the flat spring is elastically supported against the base element and the setting arm in a plate plane of the flat material.
