The support structure includes a beam element disposed along an axis, a post supporting the beam element, a beam element bracket seated on top of the beam element, a seat pad seated on top of the beam element bracket, and supporting the floor panel, and a seat pad connection member connecting the beam element bracket and the seat pad to each other.
