Each capped rod includes a body portion, a cap tapering into the body portion, and a tapered end. The tapered end of the capped rod is a sharp end in one implementation. The plurality of vertical rods is perpendicular to the horizontal rod. A plurality of vertical rods includes rods of the same length. The rods are in the shape of a cylinder, a prism, a triangular prism or an oval prism, and made of metal or synthetic materials.
