On an outer circumferential surface thereof the cylindrical main body has a first frustoconical projection and a second frustoconical projection, which adjoins the first frustoconical projection. The diameter of a side of the first frustoconical projection that faces toward the second frustoconical projection is smaller than the diameter of a side of the second frustoconical projection that faces toward the first frustoconical projection. The first frustoconical projection comprises at least one tooth on its outer circumferential surface, which tooth protrudes radially beyond an imaginary continuation of the second frustoconical projection.
