The piston (1) can seal and open the toilet opening (2). The lower portion of the toilet opening (2) is provided with a relatively large toilet pipe. The piston (1) can rotate within the relatively large toilet pipe. The urination, feces, and flushed water on the piston (1) can flow down through the space between the piston (1) and the pipeline. The piston (1) can also move vertically. The toilet does not have excrement back flow, and the sewage is hard to block.
