The flooring system also includes a coating of a primer material disposed upon at least the slope of the tapered section of the upper surface of the foam pad. A coating of an adhesive is disposed upon at least the coating of the primer material. The flooring system also includes a covering where at least a portion of a surface of the covering is in contact with the coating of adhesive.
