All the parts are enclosed and are capable of bearing the pressure and impact force of high pressure air or high pressure water without damage. The high pressure air generator (19) is used for pressurizing the water in the high pressure water generator or inflating the high pressure air tank, and then the kinetic energy generated by the high pressure water or high pressure air is used for clearing the dirt.
