HIGH-RISE ARCHITECTURAL STRUCTURE AND MAINTENANCE METHOD THEREFOR
To ensure maintenance operations for an architectural structure using a mast climber without any limitation on the stability of a mast and locations where a mast can be erected. An architectural structure 100 has a side wall 101 to which a number of connector pegs 110 are attached. A required number of connector pegs 110 are positioned so as to allow stable support of a mast 200 of a mast climber once the mast 200 is erected at its intended position. To perform maintenance operations for the architectural structure 100 using the mast climber, the upright mast 200 is connected to the connector pegs 110 via respective joint members 300. A climbing work platform 210 that travels up and down the mast 200 is fixed to the mast 200. A worker performs maintenance operations on the climbing work platform 210.
