An adhered roofing system comprising a roof substrate, a polymeric membrane; and an adhesive disposed between the roof substrate and the polymeric membrane, where the adhesive is the cured product of an adhesive composition comprising (a) a polymer having a silicon-containing hydrolyzable terminal group, (b) a tackifier resin, and (c) a low VOC-generating moisture scavenger.
