Safety Gate
A safety gate has a reconfigurable frame with top and bottom assemblies and opposed side assemblies. The opposed side assemblies connect the top and bottom assemblies to form the frame. Each of the opposed side assemblies has an upper section and a lower section. A central hinge pivotally connects the upper section and the lower section on each of the opposed side assemblies. The frame is reconfigurable between a deployed configuration with the opposed side assemblies each in an extended orientation and the top and bottom assemblies spaced apart from one another and a compact configuration with the upper and lower sections of the opposed side assemblies each being pivoted to a folded orientation about the respective central hinge and with the top and bottom assemblies spaced closer to one another.
