A power module is coupled to and positioned in the housing. The power module is operationally coupled to the fixed solar panel. A plurality of slats is positioned in a plurality of sections. The slats of each section are coupled to a respective horizontal support. The horizontal supports are coupled to a bottom of the housing in a tiered formation.
