The pre-hung barn door hardware system includes a rail having a plurality of rail holes disposed along a length of the rail; a plurality of spacers each of the plurality of spacers having a spacer hole; a track having a plurality of track holes disposed along the length of the track; a plurality of bolts, each of the plurality of bolts extending through one of the plurality of rail holes, a spacer hole in one of the plurality of spacers, and one of the plurality of track holes; and a plurality of nuts, each one of the plurality of nuts being coupled with a corresponding one of the plurality of bolts.
