The first irradiation unit is configured to irradiate a material with first light to melt or sinter the material. The first emission device includes a first light source configured to emit the first light, is configured to cause the first light emitted from the first light source to enter the first irradiation unit, and is capable of changing a wavelength of the first light entering the first irradiation unit.
