A scrubbing member removably attaches to the backing implement, wherein the scrubbing material is operable for cleaning said swimming pool tile. A scrubbing member attachment implement attaches the scrubbing member to said backing implement. A mounting mechanism enables the backing implement and scrubbing member to removably attach to a frame of a debris collecting tool operable for said cleaning the swimming pool tile.
