SOUNDPROOF STRUCTURE BODY AND SOUND ABSORBING PANEL
An object is to provide a soundproof structure body and a sound absorbing panel that can obtain a high soundproofing performance in a wide frequency band, achieve miniaturization, and be used in various environments. A soundproof structure body includes three or more sheet members each having a plurality of through-holes that penetrate the sheet member in a thickness direction, in which an average opening diameter of the through-holes is 1 μm or more and 250 μm or less, the three or more sheet members are laminated in the thickness direction to be spaced apart from each other, and an inter-sheet distance of the sheet members adjacent to each other is 0.1 mm or more and 10 mm or less.
