A platform for research: civil engineering, architecture and urbanism
A touch sensor device includes: a touch sensor unit having a tubular hollow member constituted by an elastically deformable insulator and first and second electrodes extending in a longitudinal direction of the hollow member and apart from each other in a state of being sealed on an inner side of the hollow member, in which the touch sensor unit is configured such that the first electrode and the second electrode are in contact with each other and electrically connected based on elastic deformation of the hollow member, and a water intrusion detection section is provided at a position located at a lower end portion of the touch sensor unit extending in a vertical direction and, in a case where water has intruded into the hollow member, the first electrode and the second electrode are electrically connected via the intruding water in the water intrusion detection section.
