A lid is operably coupled to the body and includes a connector that defines an engagement member. The lid is operable between a raised position, a lowered position, and an intermediate engaging position therebetween defined by a predefined opening angle. The engagement member is space-apart from the context surface when the lid is in the lowered position and engages the contact surface when the lid is in the intermediate engaging position. A biasing member is disposed proximate the connector. A hinge pin extends through the cutout, the biasing member, and the engagement member.
