ODOR ELIMINATION SYSTEM ATTACHABLE TO A TOILET
An odor elimination system includes a tank adapter with passages through which odors from a toilet bowl are drawn. A fan draws the odors from the bowl through the tank adapter into a passage that includes a trap. While the fan is running, the trap is empty. A barrier moves to expose a reservoir. Water from the trap is received in the reservoir, to evacuate the trap. The barrier is moved back into the reservoir to displace water from the reservoir into the trap to block sewer odors from the drain pipe. A sipper diverts a portion of flush water to maintain the trap full.
