The phenolic resin sheet is laminated with the expanded polystyrene layer, and the first magnesium oxide board is laminated with the phenolic resin sheet opposite of the expanded polystyrene layer. The second magnesium oxide board is laminated with the expanded polystyrene layer opposite of the phenolic resin sheet. The high impact and load bearing building panel is used for building construction to constructs exterior walls, interior walls, roofs, floors, and foundation systems.
