The sloping portion is disposed on a cover which detachably covers an outer surface of a shell. The sloping portion has a sloping surface. The groove is disposed on the shell. The latch portion is slidably received in the groove to slidably ride on the sloping surface of the sloping portion, such that the sloping portion is displaced away from the shell. The elastic mechanism connects the latch portion to the shell.
