When the water inlet valve is failure, the water control device is pulled by an end of the inner string of the string set driven by the buoyant cover of the self-sealing actuating device, and a column is released to restore a torsion spring, a shaft is driven to rotate to a stopped water position by the restoring elasticity, and the automatic stop-leaking purpose is achieved.
