The all-purpose, all-terrain cart includes a housing assembly including a base housing having a bottom wall, side walls, a front wall, a back wall and an open top, and including cover members removably disposed upon the open top; a support assembly in communication with the base housing and including racks adjustably and removably mounted to the base housing; and a drive assembly including wheels for moving the base housing upon a ground.
