The invention provides novel methods for anticorrosive protection of iron or steel surfaces, such as on embedded iron or steel reinforcement components in composite materials and on steel surfaces of piles and vessels. The unique siderite coating formed during a carbonation curing possesses excellent anticorrosive properties and is suitable for improving the overall service life of coated objects.
Cette invention concerne de nouveaux procédés de protection contre la corrosion des surfaces en fer ou en acier, telles que les composants de renfort en fer ou en acier incorporés dans des matériaux composites et sur les surfaces en acier de piles et de navires. Le revêtement en sidérite unique formé pendant un durcissement par carbonatation possède d'excellentes propriétés anticorrosives et permet d'améliorer la durée de vie globale des objets revêtus.
