PANNEAU SOUPLE SUBMERSIBLE POUR BASSIN ET PROCÉDÉ DE FABRICATION
The invention relates to a submersible flexible panel (1a, 1 b) for a swimming pool, the panel having an upper face and a lower face and comprising hollow profile sections assembled together. The panel includes at one end at least one supply opening for filling with water and, at the other end, at least one water discharge opening connected to a distribution means (P) for distributing compressed gas reaching the profile sections (2a, 2b). The upper face of the panel is capable of forming the cover of the pool in the raised position and the bottom of the pool in the submerged position. The panel comprises the profile sections assembled therebetween with one end assembled with the L-shaped boxes (3b) of the hoses (8) forming a collection means. The profile sections are assembled transversely by, alternatively, a profile section of standard length (2a) and a profile section of reduced length (2b), forming a parquet-style assembly. The manufacturing method includes the following main steps: main step (A) of manufacturing the various components; main step (B) of moving said components; main step (C) of assembly; main step (D) of parquet-style assembly; main step (E) of longitudinal assembly and; main step (F) of assembling boxes; main step (G) of placing a cover so as to obtain a deck and cover assembly having the same length and width as the pool.
Le panneau souple submersible (1a, 1 b) pour piscine le panneau présente une face supérieure, une face inférieure et comprend des profilés creux assemblés entres eux. Le panneau comporte à une extrémité au moins une ouverture d'alimentation par remplissage avec de l'eau et à l'autre extrémité au moins une ouverture d'échappement de l'eau reliées à un moyen distributeur (P) de gaz comprimé allant aux profilés (2a, 2b). La face supérieure du panneau est apte à former la couverture, en position supérieure et le fond du bassin en position submergée. Le panneau comprend les profilés assemblés entres eux d'une extrémité assemblée avec les boites coudées (3b) des tuyaux flexibles (8) formant un moyen collecteur. Les profilés étant assemblés transversalement par alternativement un profilé de longueur standard (2a) et un profilé de longueur réduite (2b), formant un assemblage type parquet. Le procédé de fabrication comporte les grandes étapes suivantes : grande étape (A) de fabrication des différents composants; grande étape (B) de déplacement desdits composants; grande étape (C) d'assemblage; grande étape (D) d'assemblage type parquet; grande étape (E) d'assemblage longitudinal et; grande étape (F) d'assemblage des boites; grande étape (G) de pose d'un cache de manière à obtenir un ensemble du tablier avec cache aux longueur et largeur du bassin.
