GYPSUM BASED COMPOSITION AND COMPOSITES PREPARED THEREFROM
The present disclosure relates to a gypsum based composition containing gypsum in an amount ranging from 50 to 99.9 % of the total weight of the composition and at least one polyester based reinforcing material having length ranging from 3 to 6 mm and linear mass density ranging from 1.5 to 12 Denier, in an amount ranging from 0.01 to 20% of the total weight of the composition. The present disclosure further relates to a gypsum based composite, prepared from the afore-stated gypsum based composition, having flexural strength ranging from 92 to 98.5 Kg/ cm2. The composite of the present disclosure is at least one selected from the group consisting of boards, walls, plinths, slabs, columns, sheets, casts and shafts.
La présente invention concerne une composition à base de gypse contenant du gypse dans une quantité allant de 50 à 99,9 % du poids total de la composition et au moins un matériau de renforcement à base de polyester ayant une longueur allant de 3 à 6 mm et une masse volumique linéaire allant de 1,5 à 12 Deniers, dans des quantités de 0,01 à 20 % du poids total de la composition. La présente invention concerne en outre un composite à base de gypse, préparé à partir de la composition à base de gypse indiquée ci-dessus ayant un résistance à la flexion allant de 92 à 98,5 kg/cm2. Le composite de la présente invention est au moins choisie dans le groupe constitué de planches, des parois, des soubassements, des dalles, des colonnes, des feuilles, des moulages et des colonnes.
