Le problème abordé consiste à fournir une composition diélectrique présentant une constante diélectrique relativement élevée supérieure ou égale à 800 lorsqu'une polarisation en courant continu d'au moins 8 V/µm est appliquée, et également à fournir un élément diélectrique utilisant ladite composition diélectrique, un composant électronique, et un composant électronique stratifié.
