COLORED MORTAR COMPOSITION USING GROUND GRANULATED BLAST FURNACE SLAG
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a colored mortar composition using ground granulated blast furnace slag. The colored mortar composition of the present invention is prepared by making standard sand with white Portland cement, water and fine aggregate and, here, combining the same with ground granulated blast furnace slag having a density of 2.8~3.0g/cm3 and a fineness of 4800~6400 cm2/g and an inorganic pigment. The colored mortar composition, according to the present invention, has an effect of remarkably reducing efflorescence occurring due to a low CaO compared to the white cement and exhibits high long-age strength due to the latent hydraulic properties of the ground granulated blast furnace slag, thereby obtaining a colored mortar of excellent quality. In addition, since the ground granulated blast furnace slag selected in the present invention is an industrial by-product produced during iron manufacturing, a rise in the price of preparing mortar does not occur and there is an advantage of alleviating environmental problems.
Le but de la présente invention est de proposer une composition de mortier coloré utilisant du laitier de haut-fourneau granulé broyé. La composition de mortier coloré de la présente invention est préparé par la fabrication de sable standard avec du ciment Portland blanc, de l'eau et un granulat fin et, ici, la combinaison de celui-ci avec du laitier de haut fourneau granulé broyé ayant une masse volumique de 2,8 ~ 3 g/cm3 et une finesse de 4800 ~ 6400 cm2/g et un pigment inorganique. La composition de mortier coloré, selon la présente invention, a un effet de réduction de façon remarquable de l'efflorescence se produisant en raison d'une faible teneur en CaO par comparaison au ciment blanc et présente une grande résistance de longue durée due aux propriétés hydrauliques latentes du laitier de haut fourneau granulé broyé, ce qui permet d'obtenir un mortier coloré d'excellente qualité. En outre, étant donné que le laitier de haut-fourneau granulé broyé choisi dans la présente invention est un sous-produit industriel produit au cours de la fabrication du fer, une augmentation du prix de la préparation du mortier ne se produit pas et il y a un avantage d'atténuation des problèmes environnementaux.
본 발명은 고로슬래그미분말을 이용한 컬러 몰탈 조성물을 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 본 발명의 컬러 몰탈 조성물은 백색포틀랜드시멘트, 물 및 잔골재로 표준사를 조성하고 여기에 밀도 2.8~3.0g/㎤, 분말도 4800~6400㎠/g의 고로슬래그미분말 및 무기안료를 조합하는 것으로 이루어진다. 본 발명에 따른 컬러 몰탈 조성물은 백색시멘트에 비하여 CaO 성분이 낮아 발생하는 백화현상이 현저하게 줄어드는 효과와 고로슬래그미분말의 잠재수경성에 의한 장기강도 발현성이 높아 우수한 품질의 컬러 몰탈을 얻을 수 있는 특징이 있다. 또한 본 발명에서 선택하고 있는 고로슬래그미분말은 제철과정에 생성되는 산업부산물이므로 몰탈 제작에 따른 가격 상승을 초래하지 않을 뿐 아니라 환경문제도 개선하는 장점이 있다.
